does the pypes-bomb axle back fit the v6?
I was looking for an axle back, wanted to do a muffler delete but heard bad things on it like the soud. i saw the pypes-bomb axle back but i saw its for the v8 camaro. what do you guys thinkg?.this is the description:

It should... they are both a 2.5" pipe. I believe that the only difference between the 6 and 8 in their catback system is the size of the exhaust tip.

I think the V6 is 2.25" from the cats back.

I think pypes makes a full length 2.5" system for the V6 and its like $325

Keep in mind that is with the BBK long tubes which will alter the sound dramatically.
Below is a video of the same car, but with JBA shorty headers and the Pypes cat-back (shorty headers will alter the sound a bit as well, but this is much closer to what a stock car with just the cat-back would sound like): Not bad!

I like the sound too, but the poster mentions that there is a good amount of drone in cabin....

i sent an email to pypes and they said it would work, i just need to change the rear valance sine they are 4' pipes. arnt the exhaust pipe wholes for v6 and v8 the same,, i say that because when you look at the v6 rear valance and the v8, since the v8 has bigger tips, theres less space around exhaust whole. does anyone know?

4" tips should work just fine....I think thats what my magnaflow tips are!.....I think. lol
