Televisions in the Trunk

I am not sure I would ever be interested in putting one of those flat panels in the trunk. But I am so curious as to how its done. I have seen a couple of the show cars with them in it. Maybe AAC could jump in here with a quick explanation.

Thanks guys!

interesting too cause televisions are designed to take a different current than what is in cars...at least from my understanding

You would just need an inverter, the same thing that a number of truck manufacturer's are starting to provide as optional equipment on work trucks so that you can plug an appliance, or power tool, into a normal wall oulet type plug.

Having a TV back there could be handy if you do a lot of car shows or meet & greets. Hook up a console gaming system and it's instant entertainment on the go

Perfect for hitmen who want to entertain their victims in the trunk before they get wacked and burried.

Guess I am too old. I thought the car was the entertainment.

To each their own. It is what makes the world go around.
