Does install require drilling?

yes, and no.

yes if you want to use it as it is - you'd have to drill into it.

no if you use a dremel tool, the built-in bolts are thin and easy to cut off, and you could use 3m double sided auto tape.

I had a local and a shipping purchaser flake out on me after I had already made efforts to have it ready for them .. so please no contacts unless you want it for sure!
