Traction Contol / Rev limiter???

Ok i've been doing searches and cant find anything so heres my ? Everytime i take off and lose traction and want to keep losing it the engine hits like a rev limiter, but its around 3500-4000? i have hit the TC button once to turn that off but still its shuts it down...l feel like a shudder when it does it.. now i'm thinkin if i really did want to do a good burnout i wouldnt be able to with this doing that? what am i missing cause ive seem some serious burnouts and its not at 3500 rpms!! thanks for any info.. cant wait to buy some new tires...lol...

Yes, just like the previous post. Press and Hold the button for about seven seconds and both traction control and stabilatrack are turned off.

Yeh with traction control off it will still catch and almost feel as if the car just looses power. Got to do as above stated and turn both off!

ya! you will never hook. You will just blow the tires off of the line., But once you get stickies and are able to hook you will know wich upgrades to make cause if you didn't break you will.

Hold down for 7-10 second to turn all off if not this is what happens:

How does it work?
Like any good electronic stability system, the StabiliTrak is designed to make driving safer by helping the vehicle to stay on its path when going around corners.

What happens is as a driver heads to fast into a corner, the tires can't grip the road and sends the vehicle either skidding or spinning out of control. Now the StabiliTrak system, using a complex set of sensors and a controller, sends a quick series of pumps to the individual brakes to help the vehicle pull out of the turn and stay straight on the road. The sensor can measure the difference between the angle of the steering wheel and the direction you are actually turning. Then, as defined by the situation, it uses precise for precision pressure on the right brakes to help the driver stay in the right direction.

The entire process happens so quickly that the driver's won't really know that it is going on. They won't even recognize the need for a correction in the steering it happens so fast. If they do suddenly recognize that they are heading into the corner too fast and pounce on the brakes, the system will still be able to detect and deal with the uneven braking problem.

Yes I tried it with just TC off and if the car gets a little side ways the Stabilli kicks in and it feels like you have just let off the gas....
