Stupid question re: differential fluid change

Ok, here is a dumb question, but better to be sure than to be sorry!......When removing the plugs to both drain and fill the carrier, do you use the 3/8 ratchet drive? it seems to be a little loose, is it actually a 10mm square drive?.....thanks for your help in advance!

Yes, use a 3/8 ratchet with the small extension. It will come off without any problems.

3/8" worked for me when I did mine. Make sure you take off the upper fill plug in case it's seized (it's just good policy).
