Blower cam drivability

I'm looking to get a cam and blower put on my L99 SS. The cam package will be put on first and it will take me some time to get the money set aside for the blower after. Soo.. the question is what are the impacts of installing a blower cam to the engine without a force induction adder? Will the car maintain driveability for at least 4-6 months while I scour the couch for change?

Thanks in advance guys!

Yes it will. There are plenty of members who have done that. Just don't go overboard with the cam. Get a nice blower cam and let the tuning shop know you willa be adding a blower at a later time. The GOOD shops will not stear you wrong.

Agreed! The first thing my shop asked before we went over a cam package was, What other modifications are you planning in the future if any?
