Thumbs up GM Part House - recommended

I ordered some headrests (I want tto have them embroidered) from Patrick at GM Parts House. He even price matched another vendor for me. I got them quickly and with no problems. They are exactly what I wanted.

After I ordered the headrests, I saw another small item they carry (some stickers) and Patrick said he'd throw them in the box with the headrests so I wouldn't have to pay additional shipping charges. The shipping charges were VERY reasonable from GM Parts House (unlike gmpartsdirect which has ridiculous shipping charges).

I'd definitely buy from GM Parts House again.

i ordered the aux gauges for a great price and shipping was great.Got it in 2 days!!! Then i called had a question and they called me right back (within ) 5 mintes of leaving a message!!!!!

Instead of starting another thread on top of the other 100,000 I hope you don't mind also sharing my experience with Gene and Patrick. Ordered a factory fuse box cover 3/25. Gene immediately emailed saying it wasn't a stocked item and would take 2-3 business days. Received it 4/1 which is still pretty darn fast for an out of stock item. Although S/H was more than the part it's still less than the other guys. Also received emails when the part shipped and delivered. Top notch transaction and service.

I ordered a Heritage Grill and patrickt price matched it for me. I then ordered a steering wheel from him and both times he's been great. Would do more business with them in a heartbeat. BTW, Gene I will be contacting you soon about an Extended Warranty.

Thank you for your business and vote of confidence. Honestly we do under promise on the time frame and most of the time we over deliver. But, sometimes we get the wrong part from the factory and have to re-order so that gives us a cushion to get another one. Like in your instance I could have ordered a fuse box cover and gotten a serpentine belt. It has happened before, hehe. We do also inspect most items as sometimes they are beat up from GM, shipping companies, etc. There is a lot on our end that could go wrong.
