I had a glitch where mine started posting in German(having been stationed there I knew some of the words). I turned the car off and it reset itself. No issues since then.

Try unhooking your battery's positive cable for 5 mins. Should reset the system back to default.

To fix your issue, go into your radio and press the configuration setting. It will bring up a menu, and then change the language to english.
