I have my 1SS at the dealer right now haveing the PDIM and steering wheels controls updated. they seemed to have the radio all reprogramed and working with the USB and MP3 input. but after updating or whatever to the BCM they cant seem to get the controls to work. they said there calling and trying to figure out why. anyone else have this issue or know the solution?

Have they done this already?

You may need to contact Techline Customer Support Center (TCSC) for a VCI number to recalibrate the BCM. Since this is not a warrantable repair, TCSC may charge a fee for this service.

I made two trips to the dealership before they finally got mine right. The first trip I spent four hours there before they told me it was correct. Once I left the parking lot and tried the IPOD it was apparent that they did not correctly reprogram the BCM. Next trip they finally got it right after another two hours spent waiting. I did take them a copy of a post Darth Martel made on how it should be programmed. I feel your pain.

ok, well i got my car back today. they couldnt figure out how to reprogram the bcm for the steering wheel controls. so im bring it back next week tuesday for them to call TCSC to have them walk them through the process. also all the lights are on for the tc and stability and ABS and it says i need to service my air bag, im assuming this all has to deal with the BCM correct? God do i hate it when my car is at the dealer. seems as if nothing gets done right. the usb and mps works fine. i thought they would have a tuff time with that. does anyone have any insight in what i could tell them or have them call a dealer that has already done this?? any info would be helpfull. Im suppose to take my car to a performance shop soon and want all of this to be corrected ASAP.

If you want to wait, this is part of my custom BCM programming, otherwise I'd take it to another dealer.
