Good thing we got OnStar.
Quick question since I'm feeling lazy and don't want to look it up. If you stop your subscription to OnStar and your car is stolen do they still help? Or no. I would assume not but just wondering.

So when 10 of the 20 places listed are all in Ca, I'd say yes this state is that bad.
I'm curious how much higher San Diego would be on the list if people actually reported the cars that are stolen without insurance. I bet they would be top 2.
