If all goes well this week, I will be moving to Phoenix by mid summer.

I will be in the area this week, looking for a home in the Foothills area of Phoenix!

It's not whats in Phoenix, but the surrounding areas. My company was awarded a rather large, long term contract and easier for me to PM (project manage) the contract from out here in the Southwest vs Southeast..

Somewhat used to the brutal heat, lived in Sierra Vista for 4 years back in the 80's!

Wow, gratz on the contract. It will be nice to see you at some of the Camaro events in the area.

With the way the housing market is, I would be surprised if you didn't find a smoking dealing on any of the homes up north. (Sierra Vista here, Kelly it's not the same city as it was in the 80's) Having fun looking, it's a true buyers market right now.

Foothills as in Ahwatukee Foothills? East Valley? There are some fabulous deals there right now - my brother is flipping houses out there and the ones he is finding for cheap are GORGEOUS! Can't wait to meet you - hope you join up with the Arizona All Gens Camaro Club
