Hey guys! to you guys out there with the P13 Plasma's and D1S Bulb's from AAC how do you guys like them? how's the durability of the product? Do you you recommend them? was the mod worth it?

To you guys that have the D1S bulbs if you can post a pic of it on you car would be awesome!!

I tried to search but no one seem to have them here. I'm particularly looking at the 10k or 12k version. The only one I've seen was the 6k version. didn't quite like it it looks very similar to stock one. I'm also kinda concern that If I go with the 10k or 12k bulbs its gonna look weird with the stock halos.

Also can please anyone explain how the DRL Harness (AAC Harness) works? I'm kinda confused on how it works lol. whats the diodide for? is it necessary? I have no experience on electrical stuff so I'm worried if its gonna be to complicated for me to install my self. or is it possible that I can just put a switch for the DRL that I can switch them on/off whenever instead of having the AAC DRL Harness? I know there's other DRL Harnesses out there thats PNP but one MPO its overpriced and the other one is having problem with the shipping.

So I dont need a diodide to run the DRL Harness you guys sell? Also I still want my auto mode to funtion just like stock, but have the fogs stay on when the Headlights come one. I dont want the Halos to be on with my DRL.

Also do you have any pics of the 10k or 12k D1S bulbs? Which one do you recomend?

And can you pm me your last price for the Plasma w/ Harness and the D1S Bulbs shipped?

If you run it without a diode then your side markers will be on all the time as well. OK, if you have halos then you don't have fog lights. Your fog lights are your DRLs. You'd basically need to install a diode so that it lets power go from the DRLs -> halos and not halos -> DRLs

Ow ok. How hard is it to install the Diode on the harness? or can I order the Harness from AAC with the Diode already installed?

I had the P13 plasma's. I didn't like the color of them, but then I had the OEM xenon bulbs so they were different in color than the P13's.

I'm also going to replacing the Headlight bulbs the same time with the Plasma's. But I'm not sure if I should go with the 10k or the 12k D1S Bulb to kinda match the color temps. I heard the 12k's looks kinda purplish.

Wus the Plasma's color temp light blueish or kinda purplish?

The plasma's are slightly blue compared to the Halo's... but they look MUCH better than the yellowish OEM DRL's.

The p13 plasmas are a bluish color.

I have P13 Plasmas on now and will be putting my AAC 8k HIDs on shortly. This should make everything match.

can pls post pics ok your 8k's when you get them installed.

The 8k's are pure white when their all warmed up right?

I still can't decide if I should go with 10k or 12k. lol

I changed my mind on going with the AAC P13 Plasmas because their just to many of you guys here having problems with them.

I decided just to got for a 8000k HID fog light conversion kit from BFxenon because I don't wunna mess with the Harness thing and I have the option of turning it on/off whenever I want. also its a plug and play kit.
