Do the brake calipers still have wheel weights on them or has the problem been resolved ?

what are wheel weights? is it the weights that clip on the outside of the rim? IF so I have seen them or noticed them on the rim. I would think they would be on the inside.

A couple of people have said theirs don't have them so hopefully its a permanent fix now.

I have posted in other threads but my SS, VIN 106861, delivered 5/22/09 did not have weights on the brembos, front or rear. I don't mean to brag because I know what it is like to be waiting, as I did for 7 months, but this car, in one word, is Awesome!

Mine is VIN 4510 and it has the weights.

Cars were delivered with wheel weights on the brake calipers to lessen vibriation , it is some kind of design flaw...

So after a certian VIN # the problem was fixed ?

My Vin is #4952 and I have the weights on my brakes.

Mine is VIN 7759 and it has the weights on the brakes.

Mine does 11133. I heard they had to put the weights on all the SS cars which accidently got the LS7 engine....

It has LED headlights and wheel weights blacked out with Plasti Dip. It's Baller.
