Anybody else got an Engineering survey call? - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I just got a call from a company taking an Engineering survey for Chevrolet.
I usually don't answer questions when people call but they asked only questions directly related to the car not about me.
They asked questions by categories like Exterior, Interior, audio, onstar, drivetrain. Really thorough.
I was impressed that they are putting forth the effort... then agin, maybe it was the Challenger forum digging for dirt to post!

wish they'd call me...............i'd tell them my only complaint is IT RAINS CONSTANTLY NOW!!

Same here in NY too...rained almost all last week and rain predicted for all of next week too...:( ...haven't driven my "baby" since last Monday... spent all week on forum instead of out there driving because I'm still getting used to driving a larger car than my current one and don't need to "practice" in the rain with all the other "nuts on the road" that don't drive according to the weather and road conditions...add to that all the "staring at my car"-mine is the only one i've seen out there so far, and i don't want my car to get wrecked yet...the Long Island drivers are MANIACS on a "good day"...every time you get out there on the road, it's liking "going to war" with "them against you"...

When an engineer calls, someone should ask them how many engineers worked on the ABL and couldn't get it the way they had shown back in October.

well, this is our toy so if there's any chance of rain, it stays in the garage. i think there's 3 days in the 7 day forecast that's not calling for rain.

is that all ur gonna do is complain about ur sons Camaro, Tom? c'mon man.......it's a newly designed production model. this stuff was to be expected.

try to focus on the good stuff..........like, maybe, i don't know............THE FACT UR SON HAS HIS! there are ALOT of folks in here who only dream about having the issues ur son's having.

if u and ur son are that disappointed, sell it and order a 2011. there's a reason they say "never buy the 1st model year".

i for one, couldn't be happier with 7553, and hope all the R6P orders get to the dealers soon..........this is the absolute best Camaro GM has produced!

if any of those Engineers are reading this thread...................

Windshield=10" vertical mirror= 3 7/8" (that's almost 4") vertical that means that the mirror is 38.75% the size of the vertical windshield... it sure seems like the ratio could be better... just sayin.... our collective MIRROR patch: http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=24612
