Strut mounting nuts/bowl shaped thing that goes on with them not settlimg all the way down they are sticking up about 1/5 an inch and you can see them move a little while turning the wheels any insight on what couldve caused this? Did I not tighten the new springs down enough? I only had time to install the front lowering springs today. First time doing suspension work

That's normal with lowering springs... nothing to worry about.
