My engine cover, where is it???
Hope this is not in the wrong forum, BUT when my car was delivered to me on 6/30, the car cover was in the trunk, but the painted engine cover was not, and the dealer said they would be there soon.
"What is soon?" Does that mean 2-4 weeks or just days? I thought they came in the trunk? Anyone else have this issue, and how did it go? Also, why is the GMPP CAI not available right now????

I have the same problem. Wasn' t with the car. Still waiting though got car on 6/02 so Im a little over a month now. GM give me what I paid for now.

The painted engine cover is a dealer installed item and typically would be delivered to your dealer separatley from the car.

I'm waiting for mine too with no estimated delivery date. I heard GM is having paint problems because the heat the cover is subjected to. I haven't even seen the black painted cover so I guess I don't know what I'm missing so it hasn't been a big deal so far.
