From personnal experience this is a great CAI... and well worth 400.

Umm why post this in the V6 forum, that model is for the V8. Just got a email from James tonight from Hennessey stating that they just got the customers V6 car on Friday and will be testing it this week.

Without a modification to the programming in the PCM, the CAI modification will produce no tangible results, I've been told. Thoughts on that?

The PCM learns the new airflow from the sensor attached to the CAI. No programming necessary...

Is that the final design? No separation from the engine and heat? Seems like a poor idea having it right there as you will be sucking hot air from the engine bay. Other designs seem better
