Ours was ordered Aug 7. You guys that ordered at Reliable...do you feel like you've been getting honest answers from them? We were told they had allocations available and have now been told we'll be one of the first to get an allocation in Sept? What do you think of them? Should I wait it out or do you think we'll keep getting pushed back? how long b/w when you ordered and when you got an allocation?

http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=31115 The Viz monitors that thread and will respond periodically with status updates. I think supply is starting to catch up, so I would expect people ordering recently will be seeing much quicker turn-around times. I have had great service from Reliable. I have been a customer for 5 1/2 years now, and anytime my Tahoe needs dealership attention, I always go there, and they always do it right the first time. |

I ordered 6/13 and as of 8/6 I was #2 waiting for allocation. The system seems to be moving a little faster now. As for information some salesmen have more info than others but they will always help you if you stop by to check.
Make sure you get the order number then you can check it without going to the dealer. |

I have brought a new Monte Carlo and a new Chevy PU from them and they were awesome. I went to Classic Chevy in Grapevine myself but was number 80 in line. I'm now getting my built this month but I have waited a long time and knew it was going to be a long time. It sucks to have to wait but at least I know Classic was the one I knew they knew what they were doing. I went to Van and also Huffines and they didn't have a clue last year when I was looking around. Ck out local dealers and see if they have something you want and go pick it up and you may just drive off the lot. Good Luck!! |
