Replace Supercharger
Here is a picture of the part they got in to fix my rattling supercharger. They said they will have my car for three days.

It's a long shot but talk them into pulling that pulley and putting a hub on it now so you can change pulleys later without removing the S/C top.

Mine took a month because the car sat in their back lot while they did nothing.
I have a new dealership now with great service. |

Once the dealer has done a couple, it can probably be done in 8 hours or so, but for the first one, they always plan on taking their time to figure out the best way to do it properly. Thus the 3-day estimate for the first one for that dealer.

How many have had this rattle start after 10k miles? I'm almost at 11k and still no sign of a rattle. I received the letter a while back and know I'm warrantied anyway.

Yes, they said they want to ensure it is done correctly and it is their first one. So they are allowing about 3 days to get it done. That is fine with me as long as it is done correctly and has no issues after it is done. I plan to drive it about 2 weeks to ensure it is ok before I put my headers, cold air, ported TB, and then go get a tune.

Dropped my 2014 off yesterday morning at 7:00. They called me at 1:30 and told me to come pick it up. This obviously wasn't their first rodeo. 1200 miles on the car.
