Rear Park Assist.
Today I got the offical order confirmation and my Target production period is 9-21-09 to 9-27-09. I was also told that my car will be equipped with the Rear Park Assist and yes it is $295.00 MRSP. Personally I wanted something like that anyway and I don't mind the extra cost.
I told my dealer that I read about this product change last night on this forum. All stock orders produced the week of 8-31-09 going forward on the 2LT and 2SS models will have it installed. I know when I finally get to see my car I proabably will find ever excuse to drive her.

So the Rear Park Assist is going to be standard on all 2LT models? If so, it's automatically included, or that $295 price is going to automatically be added on to the total MSRP?

MY CAMARO WAS PRODUCED LAST WEEK SO IT WONT HAVE THE REAR ASSIST? ARE THEY GOING TO RECALL THE ONES WITHOUT IT OR IS IT A OPTION TO HAVE IT INSTALLED?

It is a mid model change...they do not back date them.
