My Camaro might be going bye bye...

So I have tried to resist as long as I could but I might be giving in. I started working at a lexus dealership in sales. Transferred from infinti. I've had my 12 RS for about 6 months now. I love it and have gotten it to feel amazing with my current mods.

Lexus offers me $450 a month to drive a lexus product, and I could basically lease a new GS 350 F sport for half of what I pay a month for my camaro. I don't know what to do yet but every day I lean more and more towards the GS. If it does happen I'll be selling all the mods in my signature line...

What do you guys think?

Are you leasing the current Camaro, or are you paying on a loan to own it? Leasing seems too much like renting to me. To each their own, but I rather own my car(s).

They give you 450$ a month to drive their cars? Ive never heard of an empolyee program working that way. I would surprised at any thing over 15% off msrp

what happens if you lose your job or leave ?????
I looked at the GS sport. $50k for only a 306hp V6. I scratched it from my list.
Tell 'em you want the 467hp RC-F 5 liter V8.
Worth the extra 25 grand.

Don't sell your Camaro just yet. When I worked at Lexus, you have to get Master Certified before they give you $$ towards a lease. That takes three years of tenure, IF they get you in all the classes on time. Then they take taxes out. Lots of taxes. THEN, if you get fired or quit, you're on the hook for the full amount.

I ended up NOT taking them up on the Master Lease offer.

The money is from my dealership. It's part of my pay plan. Sell at least 10 cars a month and you get $450 towards a lexus. I also get ridiculous discounts on the cars. I never keep a car more than 2 years. Being in the car business I can buy them way bellow cost drive for a year or two and get out even or make a few bucks. It only has 306hp but it has a 0-60 of 5.7 seconds which humiliates the LFX's 7 seconds. I if I leave I lose the $450 allowance but still have a GS F sport that will probably have equity at the end of the lease because of the deal i get.

You must have your Vitesse Throttle Controller in Eco mode if you're doing 0-60 in 7 seconds on an LFX with CAI.

Stock 0-60 is 7 seconds for the LFX. The GS350 F-sport does 5.7 stock
