Gas Mileage question: V6 vs V8
What do you guys think would eat more gas a V6 thats being worked hard vs. a v8 working to match the v6?
Lets say if you were doing runs in both cars just for testing purposes: Running the V6 0-60 times purposing trying to hit lets say 8 seconds. and same with the V8 doing 0-60 times trying to hit again the same 8 seconds. This is purely out of curiosity haha been wondering for a while.

hmmm, reminds me of the top gear prius vs m3.
this would be hard to measure, because soo many 0-60 runs would be needed to use even a measurable amount of gas. i think, it would be close to even.
