Angry First visit to the shop (part 2)... NOT HAPPY!

For background: http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=41782

The primary purpose of this visit was to replace the driver's door panel which was scuffed on delivery. They managed to break (or improperly install) the power window buttons in the process (see pics below). Of course it was the end of the day when we picked it up so this will require another trip back. Hopefully it's just not seated properly, but I tend to think that the mount is broken.

Since we were there, I added a complaint of hesitation and bogging down at low RPMs. I expected to get "it's normal", but wanted to register the complaint. They agreed that there was a problem but did not know the cause. They asked to keep it over night because they were waiting to hear from GM. I guess GM didn't know either, but apparently it takes 30 miles of test driving to troubleshoot an issue that can be demonstrated in a drive across the parking lot! What, did some one need a cool ride for their date last night???

Since they were keeping the car, my wife made them swear to keep it locked inside the service department overnight. They promised... it rained last night... the car was washed before we picked it up. Hmm... In 15 years of dealing with this service department, they've never washed our car before returning it.

To top it off, they didn't reset the oil life. Makes me wonder if they even changed it! We've always had good service from them, but this just makes me
