Goes into Reduce power
Like the title says. My 1LE goes into reduce power mode and throws check stabiltek when i get on the fast pedal. Took the car to the dealer already and they said it was a belt slipping issue. Was running down my road in 5th around 4000rpm throws into power mode and check stabiltek. Anyone have any idea what could be causing this? Mods are heads, cam, cold air, magnuson 2.3 supercharger, and 102mm throttle body. Didnt have this issue with the fast 102 intake that was on it. Any idea guys?

My car was doing the exact same thing.. Had to pull over and remove the (-) battery terminal for about a min to reset everything. Once I did that it all went back to normal. I assume yours is the same case.
The actual problem? It was burning too rich causing it to pull timing. Took into to get a tune and the problem was solved! I'm not so sure a belt slipping would cause it to do that... Maybe some of the veteran guys will chime in. My recommendation is get a tune asap and never return to the pits of hell that you call "dealer"

A car with a supercharger is prone to belt slippage, check that. They make wider belts to help, not sure if that will solve it. Check the FI forum

Well i got the same symptoms but got the code P0606 = PCM Processor Fault error. Just actually got this resolved last friday. I got mine retuned. Tuner said its the TB setting, from what he told me its not opening well on WOT because last tuner copy pasted a different camaro year or a camaro with different setup than mine. He got me straightened up now its all good and running healthy again.

Same here. tuner retuned it. no problems since then. Mine was running a little rich.. so she adjusted that. and haven't seen the code since.. been 2 weeks now. Dyk-NO sorry didn't get to respond to the post. lost it somewhere.. but retune fixed it all. thanks,
