How do you remove the engine cover??
Can anybody show me ( with pictures ) how to remove the cover on the LS3 / L99 engine?

No pics but it takes about 10 seconds. Better if engine is cool.
1. Disconnect battery. (doesn't every auto direction start with this?) no really just remove the oil filler cap. Pull up on front of cover. It unsnaps easily. Lift off.

Yup Pops right off.
Just lift up in the front then, pull forward and up. Real easy.
