Long tube headers and stainless exhaust system

Hello,

I have been lurking for a few months now and now decided to post. We have been in the development stages of a full replacement exhaust system for the 2010 Camaros. So I thought I would post a few pictures of what we are building. Quick specs are they are made of 100% Stainlees Steel, use a CNC flange, merged collector, built in firing order, custom cat, v-band clamps, and a magnaflow muffler. We have seen 50 HP and 50 ft lbs of TQ on three systems we have built. If you have any questions let me know?

Thanks,
Chris

Looks like Dynatech flanges for the collector/cats. And Solo performance Tips for the ground effects. Any sound clips? Prices?

I'm gonna ask the obvious here for anything your trying to sell, retail price? Interested to see how these compete ($ fo' $) with the already amazing ARH/Kooks and the soon to be release Texas-Speed.com 2010 Camaro headers.

PM'ed you for WD pricing as well.

Any reason you guys didn't have a wideband hooked up during the dyno pulls? This is the only way I will trust it wasn't tuned figures. Does that X actually effectively crossover or are the pipes just welded to look as if touching? Mo' pics please!

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that is with a tune? Those welds do look good though.
So, 50 horses on a complete exhaust system and 50ft lbs. of torque as well?

The flanges are our own that we have used on a lot of other LS type engines. We have been builing sandrail, off-road, sports car and rock crawler headers using these for about 5 years now. The cats are provided by another supplier. We also made tip for the ground effects. The retail price is $3595 for the complete system. I will try and post a video with sound later. You can also see some of our other projects at www.arrowlane.com. We are in the process of updating our web page with the Camaro systems.

Thanks

We built these systems and ran them with the OEM widebands in place. We can and will give more dyno runs with the wideband in place. Please give us some time as we are racing the next couple of weeks.

The X pipe is a true X pipe and does have an opening to allow flow between banks. I will post some pics soon.

We sell the system without a tune. This is with a stock car nothing done other than the headers and exhaust we got the numbers on the dyno. Yes it was 50 HP and 50 ft lb of TQ.

looks good, the x-pipe could use some work, doesnt look like much flow.

as far as the video goes, just upload it to photobucket in that format will work fine, then post the link
