Not sure what you mean by different? I have an '11 l99 vert. Installed Kooks headers with high flow cats, resonator removed and replaced with X pipe, also muffler delete.
Sounds tame, except when 1st starting or going wot, then it sounds awesome!

The catback is different due to the extra support braces on the convertible. The headers and the high flows will be the same as a coupe.

Panther thanks that's what I was talking about. The bracing doesn't allow a regular kit to work so was curious if there is one out there that has worked well for someone.

Borla makes cat back systems specific to the convertible as well as with factory ground effects.

As Royal Tiger mentioned, the Borla's, Corsa, Magnaflow and others make specific catback systems for our convertibles. I have the Solo performance Mach XC cat back.
Here is a link with some videos. Do some research on quality, looks, cost, etc. You won't get much in hp gains with any catback under 500hp. Good luck. https://solo-performance.com/mach-xc-cat-back-camaro

In the pictures shown before you will see the Retro Exhaust at the end. I have since went to the Chambered Turbo mufflers and yes it is a lot quieter.
