92 Octane gas at 76 station ? - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

So I pull into the 76 in Norco on hamner, they have 100 octane racing fuel, and the typical 87, 89 and 91 pumps and then one pump in the station had a yellow 92 octane level on it. I thought it was strange so I asked the attendant and he was also surprised and didn't know why it was that way, he only works on the weekend so said he would ask the regular crew. Anybody else see 92 or 93 octane anywhere in CA ?

No, i haven't found anywhere yet but I will be checking out that 76 in Norco.

i'm not saying it's a legit 92, could just be a mislabel but it's illegal to do that so it could be an honest mistake. I will check back on a week day and see what they say about it and post any info.
