Talking MY SISTER-IN-LAW'S FIRST 'PERMAGRIN'!!!...

I finally got a chance to give my sister-in-law a ride in my ROCKETSHIP today...she has been 'hearing me smiling' on the phone since I first got my car, and she knows how happy this car makes me, and how happy this forum makes me too...

So, I take her for a 'little spin', and 'put the pedal to the metal', and she is LAUGHING OUT LOUD like a 'giddy school girl'...

She couldn't believe all the attention we were getting driving around town...people staring and smiling and waving at traffic lights, or people staring at the car as we 'fly on by'...

So, she just called me to tell me that I 'made her day'!!!, and I asked her if she knows what 'PERMAGRIN' is now, and she definitely does...

My brother just bought the Chevy Equinox in the RJT, but the color is called 'Cardinal Red' on the Equinox...we finally got to have our cars together side-by-side and as soon as my brother emails me the photos, I will be sure to post them...he chose that color because he was so 'blown away' by the RJT, that he just 'had to have it'...lol...

Just wanted to share my 'little story' with my forum family...pretty cool for MY Camaro to give someone else their very own PERMAGRIN , when they don't even own the car, but know that happy feeling anyway...

P.S. Photo is now posted...

lol, not yet, she still has young kids, that's why they got the Equinox, but my brother and sister-in-law had a '79 Camaro 'back in the day' that they bought from my sister when she got a new car...
I think for right now, she will just have to enjoy mine...lol...

Great story! Reminds me of my cousin whos a cop in Kingston. I brought the Camaro over there when i went to do a few ride alongs. He couldnt get enough of the camaro. We were up all day driving, having a local cop in the passenger seat gives you extra privileges He loved it, i even let him drive it. Ity was funny, he couldnt stop drooling over my camaro, and i couldnt stop drooling over his cruiser lol
Even at the end of the shift, having being up for about 18 hours and at 7 in the morning, he stood and stared at my camaro with the biggest perma grin ever outside the Police station.
Hes set on getting one soon, i said as long as its not IOM, im ok
