Need Lug Nut Help for aftermarket wheels - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Its like and act of congress. I know the 14mm x 1.5 is what I need. However I am ordering the lexani LX-15 and I need to know which lug nut style and length I need to make it work. I apparently cant just call and get some its like they all have to be ordered. Anyone know exactly what lug nuts I would need for these wheels and where I can get a set in stock and shipped fast. Thanks

I'm in the same boat as you and all the "race" ones are 12x1.5mm. Is it the length 14mm and thread pitch 1.5mm? Or is it the wheel stud 14mm with a 1.5mm thread pitch? Cus I was looking at BLOX racing and their lug nuts are 12x1.5mm or 12x1.25mm.

buy a gorilla 14x1.5 small diameter kit the lug is about an1 1/2 ling just put those wheels an a camaro today you can find the lugs at any Americas tire or discount tire

what is the part number. I'm looking at the black chrome from Gorilla small diameter now. I hope they work with the Forgeline wheels on order. Thanks.

14mm is the stud overall diameter. 12mm would be 2mm skinnier than the 14s. I would say a wheel with holes meant for 12mm stud will not fit over 14mm studs. The 1.5 is the thread pitch.

I just ordered rim's & Tires from Tire rack.
Came with Spline drive nuts and tool.
Received Setup next Day with Nuts.
Install was easy.. has any one chk'ed Tire rack for nuts.
They even double chk'ed fit of 19" rim for my SS.

The lugs I got were to short and were actually starting to crack just as they torqued down. So I ordered a set of truck lugs for extra length.

Jsharp, where did you find the black lug nuts? Its like pulling teeth to find black lug nuts that will fit.

well I wont say for sure they are wonderfull yet because I havent got them in yet. I can say they size is correct and they are made for a truck so they are 2" long instead of the 1" most are. The lug wells on my particular wheels are 3" deep so the 2" will look fine. I will get them on and torque them down and make sure everything is good and let you know. I found a guy on ebay that sells them not sure on the brand but they are spline drive and I am sure they will have a brand on them when I get um ill look. Ill keep you updated should have them anyday.

For those interested in the lug nuts I ordered in black please go to this ebay seller. You will have to contact them to order just 20 lugs with key instead of the amount listed in the auction which will lower the price to around 55 shipped I think. They work great and they are 2 inch's long so make sure your wheel lug wells are deep enough so these wont stick out.
