92202223 is the polished center caps for the 20" SS wheels. I think they are both 3" caps and can be swapped. I bought a set of reproduction SS wheels in chrome that came with smooth center caps. I was considering buying a set of the 19159968 caps because they have the embosed bowtie on them.
