when doing a wideband, do we need a dual wideband kit? Meaning 1 gauge, 2 sensors for both banks?

1 is enough.

You can put 1 in your leanest side (cyl 7 bank on the LS) or stick one in the X where it will be sampling a mix of both side. If after the cats, I've heard from some to put the off road pipes in there during sampling to avoid the cats messing with the 02 content.
