Muffler delete = fail emissions?

Will it effect the emmisions output itself... no. The muffler has nothing to do with emmisions reduction. Now if your state or locality does a visual inspection prior to the emissions test itself...maybe...will depend on the state and locality.

Doesn't affect emissions at all. But, I had a '92 Firebird Formula with a pipe cut-out bypassing the muffler. It is very, very loud. Very cool, until you are pulled over for noise violations.

I have the muffler delete on mine and it is not real loud. I still have the four factory Cats and two resonators to keep it calmed down. I love the way it sounds. And no it will not effect emissions at all.

It will pass the emissions part. Here in the People's Republic of California, it won't pass the visual inspection. I noticed you are in New York where the enviro-nazis aren't quite as bad as they are here but I would definately look into your state and local laws to avoid any future problems/expenses.
