Decided to see if I could paint some plastic myself instead of paying over 100.00 to do it cost me maybe 20.00.
Here is my cover done in yellow to match my car.

Where'd you get the paint? Local or online? Be interested to know if there's a local color that is very close to the Rally Yellow of our cars. Thanks!

you are not going to believe it but I got all the paint and the clear coat paint from Walmart the only thing they didn't have was the duplicolor adhesive promoter I got that from an auto parts store. The yellow is Krylon Fusion for plastics color is 2330 subeam/safety yellow for 4 dollars and some change the clear coat was like 3 or 4. Don't remember how much the promoter was but some where around that amount. I got 2 cans of the yellow just in case. I am not sure about other colors but this one was as close to my engine cover color that I found which goes with the car just Great!!

I used the Krylon Fusion yellow for my engine cover. It's amazing how close of a match it is to the Rally Yellow.
