Question about 1LT interior - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I plan on getting a camaro within the coming months, and I've settled on the 1LT/RS model. I don't plan on ordering, but hopefully locating one on the lot that is to my liking.

My question is, if you have the beige cloth interior for 1LT, does it also come with the beige accents along the doors and dash? I've looked at tons and tons of pictures but haven't really found an exact answer.

This is just a short video of what I'm sure is a 1LT with the beige interior, and I'm pretty certain this owners car has the beige accents along the doors and dash.

we've got a 1lt with cloth seats, everything is dark charcoal or whatever color that is, doors, trim, seats...charcoal. So I don't know if that's a dealer package in that vid or not, but it's nice!

Well, that is definitely a 1LT (or 1SS), didn't watch vid long enough or read its description to find out). Looks nice.

I have a 1LT with the gray cloth interior and sometimes wish I had just gone with the beige instead, b/c I have the dark cloth across the dash and door inserts on mine.

I wish I could say forsure...but according to that video it sure does look like you get beige inserts with beige cloth.

Try looking in the interior thread here. I bet it contains your answer.

I have the Beige interior on a 1LT. I love it.
It does have beige accents on the dash and door. Instead of the shiny plastic I see in the leather equipped models, the accents are fabric covering the plastic trim pieces on the dash and door.

If you go build a Camaro on the main Chevy site, when you choose the beige cloth interior, you'll see in the pic the seats and the side panels are beige cloth.

1LT here with Charcoal interior. I went Charcoal thinking Beige - my first choice - would'nt handle dirt well, but seems the material is pretty resistant to dirt, so now I sort of wish I'd gone beige. Interior doors and seats charcoal make the cabin quite dark.

As far as ordering a 1LT RS, I'd pass on the RS package. You can go to DIY section on this site and along with an eBay spoiler, build your own RS for less money and have enough left over to install a nice exhaust system and CAI. Connectivity, steering controls for audio, etc., all but leather wheel and shift knob, are outlined in DIY. Save your $$ on purcahse and have mods done after you take delivery, that's what I'm doing.
