new in-dash dvd problems
hey i was wondering if anyone knew how to bypass the parking break wire so i can watch dvds other then when my parking break is engaged.

If you have a movie playing while your driving, and a cop catches you...they can definitely pull you over.
So besides being probably a little bit illegal, I'd say find out how the computer senses the parking brake is engaged (a wire, a switch, electric connection, etc.) , and then trick it into believing the brake is on all the time... I'm not sure how yours works exactly, so this is the best advise I can give. Hope I could help |

State law here says no tv's in drivers view. This includes any aftermarket or factory "in dash" dvd players you might have going when the vehicle is in motion on a public way. I would imagine most, if not all, states have this law in the books.
