I apologize if I am repeating a prior thread. Does anyone know what the difference is between the factory stripe package (B7W) and the Rally stripe (BZG) and the Hood and Hockey stripe (VYQ) is? Are the factory stripes painted? Do they go down to the nose and cover the trunk?

They'll be vinyl. Cost would be too much and almost all cars nowadays are all vinyl. Cost to replace if in a accident is no comparison to a painted stripe.Usually they stop just after the hood and part of the trunk. Not quite sure the dif between factory and Rally, but Hood and Hockey is Hood and Side Hockey stick shaped vinyl.

Okay, now I see. The rally stripe must be the same as the SS stripes on the first gen camaros. The hood stripe is just the bulge on the "cowl" hood. Must not be bringing back the bumblebee stripe that wrapped the nose of the car. Does anyone know what stripe is being put on at the factory?

I'm almost certain that those colors will be painted. Other colors and styles will be vinyls that dealers will install.

Boy, that would be nice. But like another poster mentioned in the original stripe thread, it's kinda strange they chose Cyber Gray (over Black) and White as factory options. I bet the Red Jewel tintcoat and Cyber Cray stripes would look sharp! Anyway, I also agree that people will prefer factory stripes, especially if they are painted.

Black with white stripes would be sharp.

i wish all the stripes were painted i dont want some random guy to install my stripes and have defects with them :(

(I think you mean theRally Stripes are like the Z28 stripes on 1st gen Camaros.)
