Got the old rear spoiler nut fall off issue - question inside

So I have a nut rolling around in the trunk lid .. am I going to have to remove the whole lid to get it out?

Nope, just the pad underneath. It's all open under there.

lol .. I wish it was ... Looks like there are holes you can get into though with either ET's fingers or a telescoping magnet. Guess I'll be getting that and doing this this week.

LOL .. if you all were right down the street I would ..

Anyway .. ran down to LOWES and picked up some locking nylon nuts and some lock-tight and a telescoping magnet .. about 20 minutes of work and we are all good to go!
