Won't Start

Ok, so recently maybe about 3 times since I've had the car i've gotten into it, put in the key, and turned the ignition and nothing happens. Anyone else have that happen to them? I usually have to take the key out and re-insert and try again. It's never not started on the 2nd try but this seems weird.

Do a button push first, see if Onstar can pull up a code for you, then take it to the dealer.

LOL. Sorry it that wasn't as clear as it could have been, but I did mention Onstar immediately after.

Let us know if the car is throwing a code, and how your situation turns out.

On my 2002 SS. They reprogarmmed the computer and the problem was gone for the last six years of ownership.

I'm having issues with starting as well. I turn the key forward and it clicks, as if the battery is dead (but it's not, I even had the dealer replace the battery as they thought that was the problem, it still did it even before I left the dealer). It will click, then click again, then sometimes start, sometimes it takes 4 or 5 clicks. Sometimes I have to pull the key back, and push it forward again. Because of this my "bump" start will not work. I havent' had a chance to have the dealer fix it, but it's been doing this for a few months. It has never NOT started at all though.
