L99's with cams, what exhaust system are you running?

Hey guys, I need some help. We have a L99 and recently installed a cam and heads. I HATE the way the car sounds when it's not idling. It sounds like a bunch of noise when it's being driven. We want a low rumble. We have been considering getting a different exhaust system for months now (prior to cam install) but would like to hear other cars with cams before making our decision. We currently have SLP Loudmouth 2 on our car. We are leaning towards a Borla system.

Here is a video clip of our car idling:
I think it sounds pretty awesome. However, when it's being driven, it's raspy and high pitched. It's definitely not the sound we are looking for.

If you have a YouTube video of your car being driven (not idling) with an aftermarket cam, please post the link to it in this thread. Or if you have an opinion of what system you think sounds the best with a cam, please post as well.

Thanks!

Not sure I like the way yours sounds just to be honest. Sounds like you've taken the car scuba diving. Here's something I could be happy with:

I am running the Borla Cat back "S" type system on my L99 with a set of Dynatech lt headers, and yeah she has a nice low deep rumble to her.
I love how your cam sounds, did you give up any drivablility with that cam choice??
I am right on the egde of pulling the trigger on the cam, but thinking of waiting until Texas speed gets the VVT set up figured out, as I don't want to turn my L99 into an LS3 yet.
here is a link to all the different exhausts out there, some of the videos don't do the sounds justice though.

good luck on your choice.

That's a loudmouth system for you... I'm also going to recommend Borla for a deeper sound
