high flow cats exhaust leak question

I just installed some high flow cats and was wondering how to tell if there is any exhaust leaks? also anyone have any banging against tunnel brace on LS3, I couldnt check it out as it was dark when I went to try them out.

I still have the stock exhaust system on my 2 month old Camaro and it bangs the tunnel brace. I haven't bothered to get the dealer to fix it because I am replacing the entire exhaust from end to end soon.

if it is really loose, then you might here a whistling sound.

if it is only slightly leaking, then after a few hundred miles you will see some black soot gathering around the connections.

if you made the connection straight and torqued to specs, you shouldn't have any problems.
