What is that switch next to the headlight switch?

If youre looking at the headlight knob next to the steering wheel, on the right side of it is a wheel. What is that for? Ive looked thru the manual and cant find it anywhere.

If its like my '04 Silverado, the headlights need to be on before that dial will do dim/brighten the internal lights.
