In that case, call it Sue... especially if Scott likes Johnny Cash

............so I say it's time for 'youse guys' to name my ZL1 - so we'll watch this thread and see what you come up with!

(....and Al assures me that he's building one for me!)
And in all do respect I think GM should let you keep it this time if they do with the agreement it goes to all the shows with you.

Just my 2 cents.

Continuing on the Norse tip:

Loki! 1) because it's a badass sounding name and
2) he is a trickster god, known for shapeshifting, which is exactly what happened to the SS to become the ZL1

Given all of the research and technology being poured into the ZL1, I would be more inclined to name it "Hephaestus."

In Greek mythology, he was the god of technology, blacksmiths, craftsmen, artisans, sculptors, metals, metallurgy, fire and volcanos. I think it's amazingly appropriate for many, many reasons.

First off, there's the technology angle that I've already mentioned. The men and women who assemble these awesome machines for us could be considered modern-day smiths. Then there's the fact that the ZL1 is going to be the ultimate blue-collar hero-car (craftsmen, artisans, sculptors). Though it's a metaphoric interpretation, I think the ZL1 is hella metal. Lastly, one of the original Camaro commercials featured fire and depicted the Camaro rising from the ground as if it was erupting from a volcano.
