I would keep the stock air box and out a k&n filter in it. It's cheaper and legal for u

Actually some tests have showed the stock air box with a tune is almost as equal toots intakes. And he wouldn't have to take it off to pass test.

 also i have a ram air hood, so this works better for me than the stock filter
