All I did was make some inquireys at C5F I and that experience was enough for me to say no to ACC.

I am going with Apex for my tail lights.

Sounds to me like you f'ed up the taillights when removing them.

good looking out i will make sure i stay away from them customer service and shipping sound like a nightmare.

This is not the first post to say that AAC isnt really up to the bar on customer service or when it comes to quality of the parts themselves. We've also heard quite a few people defend them pretty strongly.

In my opinion (having never dealt with them on ANY level) I would probably just stay away from them all together. I mean, why take a chance on a company that more often than not, gets some real negative reviews.

Too bad, they do have some cool looking stuff.

I have purchased from AAC in the past. I'm also hoping i can get enough people here in Hawaii to come on board with me to get a team from them to visit us and hook up our card. I'm sure when Justin does reply (not trying to be mean) and if there is damage to the ones you sent back there will be a separate post with an apology. On the other hand if there isn't damage I'm sure Justin and AAC will make things right.

I have purchased a few different products from AAC (Multiple Times) and have even had an issue with the RGB Scanner Light. I called customer service and they took care of my needs. I sent the defective product back to them and they sent me a replacement without any issues. Their customer service agents are very professional and take great pride in their company.

IT IS SAFE TO ORDER FROM AAC !!

They, like any company may have issues with their product, but that's where customer service comes into place..

Don't let this negative post discourage you from ordering from AAC..
