How will you act?

We’ve seen people who have driven the new Camaro get ‘stalked’ (just ask #3) and have to take the time out for pics and to explain things about the car. And Tag had a bad experience with a couple of idiots who it seems didn’t want to be bothered.

Well I was thinking. For you guys who will be the first to have a 5th Gen Camaro, a few questions.

How long will it take for you to get tired of people stopping you and asking a bunch of questions and wanting pics.
Also, will you let people sit in yours? Not just people you know but people in general.
And the biggie. Will you let people drive it? Not people in general, but people you know.

I may not be one of the first but I am very patient and would let people sit in it and take pics but NOBODY will be driving it but me. At least for a while.

Yes will answer questions.

No one will sit in it but my friends

No one will drive it but Kathie and myself.

Got a guy I know down in Mobile that I may let drive it.

Even if I was the first person in San Antonio to get mine, I would NEVER let someone else drive it. I would be more than happy to give people rides, though.

I would let people take photos as much as they want, assuming I don't have someplace I need to be....like work. I don't know that I would let random strangers sit in it, though. I'd be happy to roll the windows down and let them look in.....but no sitting.

All it takes is one person and the car could very quickly lose that "new car" smell :P

You can take as many pictures and video as you want.
but,
You WILL NOT drive my car,
and the only way you sit in it is if I have the keys and I know you!

Question 1 : Not a chance! The things I have done to save money for my car, I will never get tired of people wanting to get information about the car. You never know, you may be talking somebody into getting a Camaro.

Question 2 : No. First off, I dont know them. I dont know if they have any sort of weapon on them. Second, I dont know what they are planning.

Question 3 : Absolutely! Any of my friends who can drive a stick is more than welcome to drive my car. 1 rule is that CANNOT and WILL NOT romp on the gas. Only I can do that.

I would never get tired of it, spread the joy of the new Camaro, take photos till your memory card is full!

Also, will you let people sit in yours? Not just people you know but people in general.

Hmmm.. strangers? Only the babes.

Will you let people drive it? Not people in general, but people you know.

Only Megan Fox gets to drive it as people I do not know.

They could ask as many questions, take as many pictures but they can't get inside my car if I don't know them. Only ME will drive my car.

Speaking for the Experience I had with the First Sky in 100 miles I will let you in on some things.
1 You will be stalked and run down.
2. You will have to answer question every time you get out of the car at a public place.
3. People will want to sit in it and ask to drive it.
4. People will snap pictures with their cell phones when they pass by you.
5. You will never tire of answering questions or showing people your car.
6. It's the experience of a lifetime. Enjoy it!

I'll let friends ride in it, but no drinking or eating of course including myself. Its a car rule of mine.

My dad may want to drive it. He has a 1972 fastback mustang.
My girl will drive it sometimes if she wants to.

I don't mind when people ask about the vehicle. They do when I drive the sol gxp so it isn't anything new.

I am only to glad to share details.

I hope they are driving Mustangs...so I can zip away... But seriously, the stalking part on the roads here on A1A would be bad...thin lanes.

Pictures are fine anytime. No one will sit in it except friends.

No one will drive it except me and my son.

Pics vids and answering most definately, its an amazing car, and will never get sick of it. Ive never had a show stopping 69 camaro but I get complimented on my 94. Alot of people seemed to have owned one in the past, And am very pleased to own one now.

Sit inside, wow.... If I know you yes hop on in.
If your a stranger, sorry but thats a no prob a no go. Camaro5 member ahhh sure y not.

Drive.. I prob wont let my friends drive it, unless i need a DD, but thats usally the wife,
when I need one. And seeing as the wife has a slim chance of driving it due to
the constant scraping of her front bumper from pulling up too far to curbs.

I prob wont be drinkin for a while, or drive the camaro when we go out

I'll never get tired of answering questions.... The more the public knows about this beautiful car the better. But NO ONE and i reapet NO ONE that i don't know will get within 10 feet of my car.. I couldn't get within 10 feet of the car at the LA Auto show and that's how it's going to be for others... I'd let a very small few thati trust drive my car, and only once i break it in!

better buy some of them posts and the ropes then and sit around it every time you park , oh and post a guard.... otherwise you are going to have fingerprints ALL OVER THE CAR! (Speaking from experience)
