All those dealer add on fees ARE simply added dealer profit without stated it as "A MARKET ADJUSTMENT". If the dealer agreed to sell at MSRP NO ADDITIONAL BOGUS FEES SHOULD BE ADDED.

It sounds like your dealer does not have an allocation for your car. I would flat out ask him, if he has an allocation. Your order will stay in 1100 until he has allocation.
