Spring swap write up's?

I'm about to tackle a spring swap front and rear. I got a set of BMR springs, 1.4/1.0 and would love to read a few write up's of the job at hand just to familiarize my self.

Also the springs look very similar to each other (Front/Rear) and it's hard to tell them apart. Shouldn't the fronts look a lot beefier than the rears? No identification marks on them either.

Your rear springs should have the SP021 part number printed on them. The front springs should have "BMR" printed (part number should be wiped off).

Unless i'm mistaken, there's a nice write up in the DIY section.

Also, if you look down about halfway down the thread lists in this very section, you'll see another one.

hotchkis website has a nice set of instructions with pictures. You just go to this website http://www.hotchkis.net/2010_camaro_...l_springs.html and download the instructions. You can use the direcions for any springs.
