How would a converter affect a daily driver? I would imagine this would dramatically hurt gas mileage...

not at all, get a good tune to still lock the tcc up at hwy speeds and you will get the same fuel mileage as a stock converter

I broke my tires loose yesterday in D just punching it at the green light. Got it some attention anyway. Now of coarse it didnt just set there and burn um off but it did make some noise for 3-5 feet.

oh and my dealer filled my tank with 93 from the get go and I havent even done fuse pull. I also only lost to a c5 spraying 125 by like 1 1/2 cars to 102mph so I thought that was decent.
