That price seems very high, Dyantech claims 36rwhp with just cats and Magnaflow claims another 15rwhp with their 2.5" catback. That would be right about the same hp as this kit but for less than $2,400. What am I getting that costs $1,200 more?

EXCELLENT WORK!

I build my own exhaust and headers for all my race Cars. I will say that is some of the nicest work I have seen in a long time. I think the average person is not going to appreciate the value in this system.

If I had extra money this system is what I would get without question.

Same thing 4th gen. owners were saying about the difference between Pacesetter headers and ARH/Kooks for years. Despite the obvious quality in craftsmanship/products (not even an apples to apples comparison between them possible), Pacesetter still outsold at my shop 20:1.

These guys have forgotten more than most exhuast system mass producers will ever know. They and a handfull of others are the sh*t in off-road race trucks and race vehicles........nuff said. If I had the dough, they'd be on my vehicle

For $1200 more you get CNC cut flanges, hand built 16 gauge tubes, true merged collectors, 100% 304 stainless construction (not Chilian made or Mexico stainless), hand welded and hand built, 30 plus years of experience, we have built headers for the C5R project for GM, other LS projects for Katech, Off-road race vehicles, rock crawlers, and some of the premium sand car builders. These headers were built off a blueprint from GM for some of their other project cars, and they are 100% American made with equal length tubes in firing order. I don't know if that adds up to $1200, we wish we could sell them cheaper, but we can't. Bottom line is we are building the best product we can and selling it to make a profit, not break even.

With our system there is no resonation at cruising speeds and is very quiet. When you get on the gas at higher RPMs it does get a little loud, but not bad.

Does this sytem throw any codes? I'm assuming that like other LT setups it will require a tune to clear any codes that appear.
